- Designed and shipped an AI service-ticket assistant that collapsed a multi-step workflow into 1 to 2 clicks for 5,000+ daily field engineers, saving an estimated $3.5M a year. Built end-to-end in 2 months on FastAPI, Databricks, Azure OpenAI, embedded inside the SAP ERP.
- Built MCP servers connecting two internal AI products to ChatGPT Enterprise, preserving user-level analytics across platforms. One of our earliest production MCP deployments.
- Scaled an internal RAG document-search tool from PoC to 7,000+ daily users; added persistent chat history and cross-document retrieval.
- Increased document-indexing throughput 7x by automating the ingestion pipeline; onboarded 400 repos via custom integrations with SharePoint, S3, Bynder, and Fluidtopics.
- Built a customer-intelligence platform on FastAPI and Databricks that automates competitor analysis and surfaces upsell opportunities - generating $3.5M+ in annual revenue.

- Built a dynamic form builder and dashboard that auto-syncs feedback into JIRA, Linear, and GitHub.
- Validated a second product (Saplings, a React Native EdTech app) through a school pilot before pivoting on market data; shipped two products end-to-end in one founding stint.
- Backend on FastAPI, React, and Terraform across GCP/AWS RDS; sub-500ms global load times via Cloudflare CDN; 40% lower API latency via async processing on Celery and RabbitMQ.

A daily NYT-style cricket guessing game - six puzzles refresh every morning at 5:30 AM IST. Scaled to 4,000+ MAU through pure organic growth. Custom data pipelines scrape and normalize cricket statistics to generate fresh puzzles daily.
Reflect
